We will go over some strategies for building upon an existing local chapter. We will focus on different strategies including: how to engage members in a meaningful way, creating a welcoming atmosphere, tailoring your messages for different audiences, and gaining access to existing networks. Workshop will be based around experiences and lessons learned from growing the Seattle EA community.
