Bruce Friedrich is executive director of The Good Food Institute (GFI.org), a nonprofit organization that promotes plant-based and “clean” (i.e., grown in a culture without animal slaughter) alternatives to conventional meat, dairy products, and eggs. Bruce graduated manga cum laude from Georgetown Law and Phi Beta Kappa from Grinnell College.
